I cannot say enough good about Dr Todd and her wonderful staff. I have been seeing Dr Todd for approximately 14 years now and she, in my opinion, is the BEST doctor ever! She takes her time with you, is gentle and caring and answers all questions. Tina, her dedicated assistant, is awesome as well and so kind and compassionate. They truly care about their patients. On some visits I’ve had to wait longer but I can assure you, she is worth the wait. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking an excellent doctor.

They are very caring and take the time to LISTEN!! If I don't like the care plan, Dr Bankusli listens to my concerns and helps figure out an alternative option. I've dealt with all the nurse practitioners and office staff and they are always helpful and polite. Offices are very clean. Highly recommend

unable to get a callback from medical records re referral authorization. Called 6 different times. Was not informed by physician that ultrasound showed a finding that needed to be addressed by a specialist. Office staff always professional and friendly.

I have been seeing Dr. Nathan for years, but I will not be going back to see her again. The last year that she has been my primary has been a nightmare. Last year, I was sick constantly. Only on one visit did she do any swabs or testing. I had strep. She called in a script. two weeks later, I was back, sick again. She tested only for strep, it was negative. Yet, I was struggling to breathe (I have asthma) and sick as can be. I left her office and the next day was at urgent care. They tested me for everything. I had covid. Neither of those visits did Dr. Nathan give me an actual exam - no listening to my heart, no feeling my glands, no looking in my ears, my throat, etc. NOTHING you would expect when you go to your PCP sick over and over again. She gave me a referral to an ENT who scheduled me for allergy testing. That is about the extent of it. So, I was already losing trust and faith in her. Fast forward to last week. I got to her for a follow up. I tell her that I am not feeling right. I am 34 and having severe hot flashes, my insomnia is off the charts, and my period was 10+ days late. DO NOT RECOMMEND Went there for visits and consultations twice within 4 days. Presented valid insurance (Tricare) information three different times and then received a call shortly after the last visit, stating that my insurance was ineligible for billing. After stress and anxiety because of the potential financial hardship, and a lengthy call to tricare insurance, it turned out that someone was using incorrect care ID numbers. Negligent at best! Also received referrals to other healthcare sources, also not covered by our insurance. Thankfully we caught their mistake and were able to correct that.
